A Poem From My Daughter

Doctor asked him, Are you the father?
He wispered yes with a slight quiver.
He saw me glistning gold under warm light
He was scared, so I held his finger tight

Dad asked me, how was it inside your mother?
I cried louder saying it was much better.
He beamed, you are daddy' princess right?
Ah Dad! I have just arrived. Can't we just wait?

Dad, take off the my cap, it is hot summer
I would sleep good without that rather.
My new dresses? before I wake up and fight
He stacked all of them in my sight.

Many said that I looked like my mother
I winked at him, inside me I am you, father!
Tell me stories now, I gestured him to sit next
You know, I am busy sleeping in the night

Mom kissed me while sleeping together
wispered to Dad that I was such a dear.
She asked me, whom do I love the most?
I was like, clique mom! Is this you best?

When I speak, I will shout loud and clear
that I love both Mom & Dad forever!
Enough of poetry, let me sleep now. Goodnight!
Sun needs me dawn coz, I am the brightest of bright

Incredible Story of 1-1-11

It all started with the initiation by Sunni to throw some "N thousand" worth party to all the J13 guys who were after him like the blood thirsty vampires. After the initiation to meet up by Anandapaa at Facebook, many people got to know about the party by Sunni and every one rushed towards  one of the pure kannadiga's area Hampinar (nr Vijaynagar). Hearing this flooded message and to impress some X person, Sunni doubled his party budget to 2N thousand. Because of the heavy contribution by the Bangalore traffic and as usual weak planning, the party started at unknown time and ended at 11:45PM. Unluckily I was born on the same day the new year is born. I turned to be "The Victim" of the start of the year 2011. My so called best friends were waiting to clot a part of the 5 liter blood flowing in my body with their highly starving legs covered with branded shoes. A Simple Change in Our Attitude Can Save a Lot

I remember vaguely, there was a 'Science club' which ran for few months in my school. During a club meeting, my School teacher Jayabharathi m'm addressed us for a few minutes on 'Going Green and Saving the Nature'. It still amuses me to recall that she carried a steel glass in her bag to avoid using a paper glass and her firm decision not to use plastic papers.  She said " My husband always tells me not to do these silly things. He says there are millions of fools out there who are just not worried about saving the environment. So why bother? For that I replied, 'I am happy, at least one fool out of millions is removed .'"  This event didn't impact me profoundly but it tried convincing me to be socially responsible. A little. I felt there are several ways a person can attribute to save an environment without any social boycotts or embarrassments.
